As a user of My Flight Policy , you give us consent to decide on this under the Terms. You must bring your Claims to our notice within 6 months of the date of the booking made.

Mandatory Arbitration

When you book a Destination with us, make sure that you go through the website terms available on their website. You must abide by all of the terms and conditions. If the destination itinerary has multiple suppliers, then please go through the terms and conditions for all the mentioned transportation. The holidays booked are guaranteed after the purchase, and the payment transaction is complete. We issue a ticket after this process is complete and we receive a ticket from the supplier.

Sometimes, transportation companies change their prices without informing us, and these fare changes are not dependent on us. As a travel agency, we have the right to cancel your booking if we do not receive your payment by the allocated time and date. All transportation have a different set of rules on their fee and charges. So, if your destination is cancelled or rescheduled, resulting in a change to your other destination on the itinerary, you are responsible for the same. In a scenario like this, you have to bear the cost or buy new tickets for the unchanged Destination.

Usually, they charge a fee to make a change, refund, or exchange. In such a case, the cost is borne by the customer. You must comply with the terms, and there are different rules for different transportation. You must have your outbound and return tickets along with the confirmation email sent to you during the trip. The authorities may seek proof of your return tickets during check-in. My Flight Policy recommends that you book a combination of two one-way tickets instead of purchasing one round-trip itinerary.

We recommend booking a combination of two one-way tickets because it is easier to offer better flexibility and choice of destinations. The destinations are usually cheaper when the booking is made using different transportation methods than when booking using the same method. The combination of one-way Destinations is different from the terms of round-trip Destinations. The one-way Destinations are subject to their terms and conditions. So if a destination changes in your first way and causes a delay in the other destination, as a customer, you will pay the applicable charges. In such a scenario, My Flight Policy has no responsibility or liability.

The prices for low-cost carriers are usually converted from a different currency to USD for your convenience. As a result, you have to pay the converted charges, which are the estimated (and not exact) value of the ticket purchased. So you might observe the amount paid is different due to currency fluctuation. When receiving your e-tickets, you might have to pay an additional transaction fee on your credit card because you paid us in a different currency or country. When making an international purchase, taxes are levied by your bank.

Booking Policy

The total price published on the My Flight Policy site includes all applicable government taxes.

In case of an increase in the fare in the issuance of the Air ticket due to airlines, a miscalculation in the amount due to server error and from the bank’s payment gateway issue, then My Flight Policy reserves the right (at its discretion) to cancel the ticket and forfeit the amount received as Cancellation Charges. The difference in amount should be paid to the My Flight Policy after the communication from the My Flight Policy to avoid any discomfort.

You are supposed to pay the full amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.

To avail of infant fares, the infant must be under 24 months of age until the complete journey that you’re booking ends.
